This 60-minute workshop explores the meeting point between contemporary floorwork and dragon staff flow. We’ll move through grounded, fluid floor pathways - spirals, rolls, slides and weight transfers - and gradually weave in the dynamic presence of the dragon staff.

Expect a playful investigation of momentum, coordination and spatial awareness, learning how the staff can extend your movement rather than interrupt it. Open to movers and flow artists with some basic experience in either practice. Come ready to explore smooth transitions between body and prop, floor and flow.
