After a quick warm up we will learn beginer/ intermediate tricks such as

BEGINER MOVES -neck wraps/duckouts/basics of pirouhetes -conveyor belt -halo/pivoting halo -intro to the Steve system

INTERMEDIATE

• fishtails -angel rolls
• Jesus rolls
• snes/ half matrix/ shoulder raps
• different variations/ entrances and exits to beginner tricks

Many other tricks and movements available for learning

Difficulty ranking of tricks is slightly arbitrary

We decide what tricks to learn and work on as a group depending on group ability and what we all want to learn

Even if you can already do these moves I can teach you many variations and how to enter and exit in different ways

We have very limited props available bring your own or speak to me before the workshop
