After a quick warm up we will learn intermediate/ADV tricks such as

INTERMEDIATE

fishtails -angel rolls Jesus rolls snes/ half matrix/ shoulder raps different variations/ entrances and exits to beginner tricks Intro to Vertical stalls

ADVANCED

Full matrix Vertically stall: pirouhetes/ head wraps Body rolls Tiptails/foottails Cartwheels Advanced angel rolls Advanced transitions between tricks Different variations/ entrances and exits of intermediate tricks

Difficulty ranking of tricks is slightly arbitrary

We decide what tricks to learn and work on as a group depending on group ability and what we all want to learn

Even if you can already do these moves I can teach you many variations and how to enter and exit in different ways

We have very limited props available bring your own or speak to me before the workshop
