Join This Event

This class explores contact staff from concepts that promote relationship & connection with the object. We'll play with 8 ideas that encourage imagination, personification, and incorporation of contact principles with the staff during our dance. We'll also integrate our human experiences of emotion to define an intention for our play, with the goal of enriching our movement flow & staying rooted in the present. This class is for all levels, and designed for people who yearn for some fresh takes in their practice.
